Physfit - Clinical Pilates Sessions

Why is attending a 1:1 session recommended before joining group classes?

We highly recommend attending a personalised 1:1 session initially to tailor a physfit program that aligns with your current fitness level and goals. This ensures a safe and effective transition into our group classes.

Can I just book for group classes without going to a 1:1 session?

Before joining our group classes, you must undergo an initial Physfit assessment and attend the number of standard sessions outlined in your program. This helps us gauge your fitness level and customise your experience for optimal results.

What if I haven't been in a group class or session in the last 6 months?

We recommend booking a 1:1 session to re-establish your fitness baseline and ensure you're placed in the appropriate program.

If I've been in a group class or session within the last 6 months, what's the next step?

If you want to modify your previous program, we advise booking a 1:1 session for further guidance to understand what your objectives are. But if you are happy to continue with your previous program, you can book a group class session.

What if I have new injuries or areas of pain?

If you have any new injuries or areas of pain, regardless of whether you're new or returning, we recommend booking a 1:1 session. This allows the physio to assess your condition and adapt your program accordingly for a safe and effective workout experience.

If you have any further questions or need personalized advice, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is here to assist you and provide guidance based on your individual needs.
