James is dedicated to managing complex chronic spinal, pelvic, hip and knee issues holistically. With 23 years of experience in private practice & sporting settings. He is also a registered acupuncturist trained under Professor Li Kai Zhu.

Physiotherapist & Physfit Lead

Phoebe has a Bachelor of Applied Science, Masters in Physiotherapy Practice, and additional qualifications in Dry Needling and APPI Clinical Pilates Training. Phoebe loves to incorporate exercise into her treatment plans and specialises in treating neck, lower back, and knee pain. She collaborates with each client to tailor their treatment and achieve optimal results.

Jenny is an energetic and dedicated physiotherapist eager to help clients manage their pain, restore function and reach their goals. She is keen to improve outcomes on a client's journey to recovery. Jenny is interested in women's health, clinical pilates and managing musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.

Jordan has extensive clinical experience and is well-equipped to provide top-notch treatment to his clients. Jordan has gained valuable insights into sports injuries and rehabilitation, both as a player on the field and as a coach on the sidelines.

Hannah has a love for fitness and health. She enjoys teaching Pilates as a form of rehabilitation or an exercise to help people regain their function and reach their personal goals. She loves challenging her clients by providing individualised programming and motivating them throughout their fitness journey.

Jason has experience with footy and soccer athletes; special interests in badminton, swimming, basketball, and soccer. He helps people reach their potential by analyzing movement patterns for proper techniques and injury prevention.
